Anyone else do that walk around the kitchen in the evening after dinner and before bed because you feel like snacking but then don’t because everything has calories or is it just me? 😆

Lol it happens from time to time. But when you’ve had a busy day and feel exhausted. Snacking is the last thing on my mind. My pillow and bed calls me.
