Well I've been trying to do some "exercise" these past couple days. I use quotes, because it's really pathetic! I just came off working 47 hrs last week and my knees hurt really bad. And then I do this dance exercise thing and all I can say is "owwww". I only did about 15 minutes of it the two days, but it just is too painful for my already enflamed knees.
I really don't mind walking, but the jarring pain is dreadful and keeps me from doing it more often. There is a gym in my apt complex, I think I'm going to have to check it out. I just dont want any skinny people in there with me while I'm dying (exercising). =)
