We are back from Florida. I felt guilt because I refused many items offered to me by my family. I was hopefully that the number on the scale would decrease. I did not loose any weight. However, this is the first time I haven't not gained any weight on a vacation. Now it is time to get back into my weight loss goals. I plan on working out everyday I have off (3-5 days a week) and slipping in short workouts those days I work out.
