3lbs up since yesterday 5lbs total. Bloated, fatigued, hungry all the time, for junk. I called the dr and they confirmed it was pms symptoms also I did the math. They said if they are bothering me I can have a pill to get rid of them. No thanks. I will deal with this and it will be over in a week. I just hate that the scale jumped up overnight. I also so exhausted. I hate being tired. I am going to walk 4 miles now though bc I am tired of being tired. I need some energy. Oh well next week I will have an accurate weight and I take some solace in knowing I have not done anything to warrant the 5lbs like overeating and not exercising.

I bet the walk will do you good!! When I'm feeling really crappy exercise sometimes gives me just enough of a boost to get through another day. I'm so sorry you are feeling so yucky!! Of course it will pass, as will those silly 5 lbs on the scale. I'm impressed you are able to realize the 5 lbs doesn't mean a thing!! Perhaps I am having sympathy pains for you as I've been craving junk too ... but I'm beyond the PMS thing at my advanced age!! LOL!!! Take care of you and keep up the fantastic attitude and focus!!!
