Awake 836am BP 115/66 52 B decaf coffee, water L 214pm: 2 whole grain toast with chicken & mashed chickpea filling, 2 mini dill pickles, decaf coffee, water S 700pm: lettuce, bean sprouts, bell pepper & chicken & mashed chickpea filling, water Sn 811pm: 4 Greek Dolmas, 5 grape tomatoes, 25g feta cheese, water I bought & tried a new food today - canned Greek Dolmas by Palirria. There are 15 rolls in the can. 4 rolls is 1 serving. So whey did they not squeeze in 1 more roll in the can???. Tasty tidbits even though too much salt for my taste buds. I can see using them as part of a charcuterie board at Christmas, cut into 3 slices, on a cracker.
