ok. so I'm trying. I worked out a few things. For instance, I eat way too many points. I'm only allowed 27 and I very rarely eat under that. So I need to cut back. I do find that I need to stay focused.....all the time! And I need to make more options accessible. I eat the same thing every day, but I need to cut it down. I need less. Some how... I'm still working.
