Today is day 31/31 October challenge: this is a Challenge I set up for myself and it required no alcohol,meat ,sugar, dairy and no carbs.. I am proud to have stuck it out even when my family were eating pizza and burgers in my presence,🤣😭I didn’t give in to any temptation .
This challenge required a lot of self discipline and courage,had to trust that I could do it, prayed a lot about it and I couldn’t be happier.💃🏾💃🏾💃🏾🙏🏾
