The summer of 2004 I started having gal bladder issues from there on out it was extremely hard for me to keep my then frame of 115lbs. I wasn't the statistic to have gal bladder issues and unfortunately for me it took me for one hell of a ride when it came to my health. By September of 2005 I was 140lbs, I had been eating right exercising regularly and still could not the keep the weight off. And by September of 2007 I was 160. Admittedly during those last 2 years I ate some stuff I should not have, didn't work out as often as I should have, was in an unhealthy stressful relationship, was up all hours of the night studying and doing homework, if I wasn't at school or doing homework I was working, 7 days a week I was busy and exercise and eating healthy started to seemed impossible. In October of 2007 I met a wonderful man who knew how to cook. Carribean food too. Oh boy I was in for it. By June of 2008 I was 180 give or take a little. I knew then something needed to change. We worked out all summer and ate healthy I managed to get my weight down to 165ish, I was on a roll and feeling good, but not for long. October 11 2008 comes around and I find out I am pregnant. I put on about a pound a week from day 1 of my pregnancy. Leaving the hospital I was 195lbs, and a size 14. And everyone said to me that I'd lose weight while breastfeeding, I however was not one of the lucky ones. 6 months later I stopped breastfeeding, and 13 more pounds came on. OMG I said I am over 200lbs something has got to be done. And I did I was just under 190lbs when I had my my first gal bladder attack in years. And since then I have spent the last year having attacks almost everyday. I kept eating healthy but working out wasn't an option anymore, I was in so much pain all the time. My doctor would schedule my appointment to remove my gal bladder and then I'd cancel it. I did this 3 times, I was terrified to have it removed. In the past year I gained 16lbs back weighing 206lbs. Until a few weeks ago when I did a gal bladder and liver flush. Since then I have felt AMAZING and have been able to lose 7 lbs in just 2 weeks. I'm eating healthy, exercising and I feel great. I am so excited to get my health back and feel good. This past year has taught me a lot. I am in charge of my own body. And I only have one body and one life, I should make the best of it. I want my son to grow up active and eating healthy, I don't want him to know any different. I have tried every diet pill, fad diet, and I know now if I want to lose the weight and keep it off I have to do it right. And this is why I am here!!! :)
