Seems like another weight plateau. Determined to get off it. Reduced sugar content quite a bit (not like I was doing bad). I reduced the big bowl of fruit in the morning to moderate amounts :) Hopefully I'll see some movement soon. Kinda getting frustrating!

Holy cow! Look at your chart. You are doing amazing. I don't see any plateau. Staying the same for a week or so is normal on the weight loss journey. Your doing great, keep going.
