So my husband is encouraging me to take pictures of before and after. Wow the before pictures are so disheartening. I used a swimsuit from only 2 years ago when I weighed 140's. I'm not sure how I let myself go so bad.

Tomorrow I go back to work after my long vacation. My nursing unit is very bad about bring lots of goodies to work to make it through the weekend. I realized this has become one of my many vices. I'm going to have to pack lots of healthy snacks to keep me out of the break room.

I LOVE before and after photos. Have you browsed though the ones on here? Soooo motivational. I don't like my before picture either, and I had already lost 20 pounds by the time I got around to taking it. But I can't wait t see my after shot!!
