By far Sea Bream is my favourite choice of fish

I quite like Sea Bass and Basa as well but Sea Bream is yummy. I should eat more fish but I don’t know how to cook it really, so I only eat it when I go out somewhere. Any cooking tips?

Over dose heres what I do A whole Sea bream (cleaned) Dill Fennel Small Garlic clove Parsley 🌿 Lemon Olive 🫒 oil Black pepper Placed on foil with enough to cover the fish over on a baking tray Score 3 lines about 1cm apart both sides of the fish Insert one very small clove sliced of garlic place the pieces just into each the cut you made Dill n parsley and sliced fennel into the underbelly Few slices of lemon on top About 2-3 tbsp of olive oil over the fish And black pepper grind 180°c - 200°c fan 25-30 minutes middle shelf of pre heated oven I skipped on salt and butter I have cook books however Indo google a lot of things BBC Recipes Delia Jamie Olivers so many online for free
