At work I did not snack once. We were really busy but I still did not take the opportunity to eat the chocolate, popcorn, and chips in the break room. It is great to have a yummy snack that isn't as healthy once a day to every other day. My snack of choice is the hostess chocolate cake. It provides the chocolate and sweets I crave to make it through the day :)

Well good night. Here's to a little bit lower weight in the morning....although I am concerned my late night supper and 3 glasses of water tonight are going to make the scale go up in the am.
