24th anniversary today. Hard to imagine so many years have passed until I start to reflect back on alllll that has happened in that time. Whew.
We are going to a little restaurant two towns over that specializes in fish. One of the many things I love about living in New England is that fish and seafood are everywhere, and well done, in general. Rarely go out these days. In part to save money. And in part to stay on track. Looking forward to a night off from cooking!
I am not too worried about staying on track. Confident I can eat well there, and stay on plan, and I did my workout this morning. Even if there is a blip, so what. I will be right back on my game tomorrow. Our bodies are very adaptable to the occasional blip!
