I’ve changed my profile pic as it’s my whole body I’m feeling so much more confident now and look at food differently I don’t not eat bad foods. If I eat ice cream I don’t eat the whole tub I eat a bit of it 😂. My boyfriend says I eat like a hamster lol but it’s a good thing. He keeps buying me sweets 🍬 but I make sure I don’t eat them to excess as I don’t drink alcohol I need something sometimes. My pile of treats gets bigger by the day lol but I eat them in moderation I never thought I would be able to do that 🙏
