I though I would share a new food I bought at Costco a week ago.
🐟Eastern Fisheries 🐟 2kg bag, 🐟frozen,🐟Alaskan Sole Fillets wild caught 🐟No additives 🐟1 ingredient: Sole 🐟21g protein per 125g fillet serving 🐟Individually wrapped fillets, so easy to defrost before cooking 🐟The bag contains 16 servings for $19.99 (in BC, Canada)

I cooked 2 servings this evening, dipped in Panko crumbs & salt-free seasoning & pan-fried in too much olive oil. One serving I ate for supper & one is for breakfast tomorrow, for a fish sandwich in 2 slices multigrain toast with avocado. They are delicious😋. But next time I will reduce the fat & calories by
just simply cook them poached in water(or wine) with a squeeze of lemon & dill, as they do not need any additions.

To get burst of protein of 20g, I much prefer eating a sole fillet (1 ingredient) instead of drinking a supplement Protein Powder (with a list of dubious ingredients & a long list of nonsense curative claims). Also saves quite a bit of money, one third the cost.
