I am seeing a decline in my weight history and feel good about it. Since I started exercising about 6 days out of the week, I feel really good. I don't feel the need to sleep as much. I also feel different when I look in the mirror. I eat mostly what I want, I just control my portion sizes and I have yet to go over my 2000 cal RDI. I really think about what I'm eating now that I keep track of all of it.
