Thanks for explaining your surgeries. I'm down about 222 from my all time high of 455 and have often wondered how much excess skin I've got. I figured about 20 lbs. Based on your experience I bet it's more than that. Your arms look great. I feel like a flying squirrel I've got so much skin.
