Day 7 - Week 1 is now finished. I have to say it wasn't too bad at all. I journaled my calories everyday and made it to the gym twice. Not bad considering I hurt knee on Sunday. I planned on only weighing myself once a week but ended up weighing in on friday. I think that I will weigh in 2 times a week. Maybe that will help for the weekend cheats!
My goals for next week are to continue journaling and to make it to the gym at least 3 times. And no more eating past 7pm. There ....thats it...enough goals already! Good night everyone.
