Thank you so much everyone for your support. To be honest I've always been one for quick weightloss, which obviously had no long term results. For the first time in my life I'm learning to be consistent and change my lifestyle with small changes. Sometimes I get discouraged because it takes so long but there's no hunger, cravings or anxiety because of food prep time or feeling overwhelmed.
So lesson learned - Never underestimate the power of small consistent progress and good habits. 💜
