Morning weigh in of 202.8. Did not change at noon after my 16:8 fast. No time to work out today as we are getting the house ready for Labor Day guests. Time to party soon!
Worked up new IIFYM macro targets for September. Going to add about 100 calories a day. New targets are 130 grams of carbs, 200 grams of protein, and 70 grams of fat for a total of 1950 calories per day. The fat went down by 10 per day and the carbs went up by 50. Protein was unchanged. Happy Labor Day!
10 PM update: Big eating Labor Day. Did great except for a six pack of Corona and two pieces of cherry pie. Of course, those added 1600 calories and nearly 300 grams of carbs (total). Also had a few dill pickle spears, which will likely be my last. Nearly 2000 mg of sodium in them! I'd rather enjoy cucumber slices. Will eat light tomorrow to get back on track before the month continues. Sodium 3270.
