I was very skinny weighing at 50 in 2017 due to colon disease but they pumped me with so much steroids, meds and antidepressants that I picked up so much weight 😔I stopped everything but I’ve been struggling for 2 years, if the weight drops off healthily, small wins 😁

I totally understand you! I gained a lot of weight due to depression. I am on anti depressants now and I use weed and gym and a positive mind set to help me through it. I love food and I love sugar so dieting has always been an issue. But we are all a community and personally I am always ready to support anyone especially when a girl has been through something I can identify with 🥰🥺 stay strong. I use cannibis oil, it really does help, I spin every day and walk a lot but on my sick days I’m just meh with the exercise, I love healthy food, have always been a health nut but a chippie is my weakness so if I go a couple of days without it i start craving, so nice to talk to people who understand, some people just comment with raging suggestions do this and that or stop cheating and then I get so anxious about the app 😔
