Just wanted to let everybody know I'm still here...my internet and cable was cut off a week ago...I just wanted to check in and let everyone know that I am doing very well on my diet.
It's been raining the last 3 days so I haven't been able to walk, but I'm going to do tae bo instead of walking because it's suppossed 2 rain all week long...so I have to get my exercise somehow...
