The pictures below are my "before and after" pictures from my journey which began on 11/5/18. The "before" pic is from our vacation in Louisiana and Mississippi and was taken about 2 weeks before I began to drop and keep off my excess weight. At the time, I was 300 pounds. The "after" pic was taken in July 2020 and I weighed 175 pounds at the time. I am about 10 pounds heavier than July 2020, and it was at the urging of my wife who said I looked "too skinny" that I came up to about 190. I'm at 186 today.
