So its Wednesday.

I dont remember what I ate or how it happened, but I woke up on Monday with an IBS attack. I think this was purely stress-related.
So i stayed offline for about two whole days and stayed in bed.

I am going to try temporarily not recording my food in my diet calendar. I know what to eat to feel healthy, lose weight and stay on track. I dont want to answer to a calorie-counting bitch anymore. Its just another tool that promotes the importance of numbers.
I'm still going to write down what I eat so I can tell what triggers by IBS attacks.

I feel like taking a break from FS, from all nutritional data sites, all the weighloss news letter (preventions, realage, fitness mag, shape mag, etc). I'm sick of reading about how Kim Kardashian(sp?) has "cellulite". Pfftt, shut up. What you consider cellulite and what I consider cellulite are two different things.

So i am taking a break. But of course, I will try to update my journal and still support my loving buddies.
Everyone, take good care of yourself. I hope you are doing much better than I am!

You just take care of yourself. That is the only thing I really care about!!! If you need a break then take one. I am with you 100%!!! Being a "calorie counting bitch" is certainly no required or even recommended by any of your buddies here. It would be nice to know what triggers the IBS ... that sounds horrid. Use the site as you see fit. Don't ever forget how much progress you have made and you do not need to feel about food the way your mother does.

Eh, I don't even look at magizines anymore... I just know what I want for me. Do what you've gotta do to keep yourself healthy... this is the hard lesson that is being forced upon me this week as well. . . . Grr, know how you feel.

I would keep fcusing on making healthy choices even if you aren't keeping up with numbers. Stay focused on your goals and it'll be that much easier when you decide to start counting again. Good luck!

make the best choices you can make and move on...please check in every now and then and let us know how you are doing...good luck...hang in there...with our moms we do alot of hanging...you know what to do and how to do it...
