Looks good! I want to try that dish but it just doesn’t seem practical trying to make it for one person.

Thanks 😊 it is possible to prepare it for one person, here is the recipe: put in a pan a quarter of sliced onion a green pepper cut into strips, a sliced zucchini and chicken breast in small pieces in two tbsp of olive oil, add a teaspoon of crushed garlic salt and pepper when the vegetables are cooked add tomato sauce, mix and put directly in a baking dish. break two or more eggs over them without mixing them then add a small amount of grated mozarella, do not overcook just 25 min to avoid overdrying the sauce and the eggs

The best thing is to make the whole recipe and then you have a couple of meals that you don't have to make! You could probably freeze this too for when you don't feel like cooking.
