I am so nervous to step on the scale tomorrow morning!!! We had a 32 hour power outage so I decided to take my kids out of town to my moms so we had heat and food!! But there was no exercise and no healthy meals. We did walk lots shopping! But that is not enough!!
Once I did get home I shoveled snow and did all my salad prep and then my C25K abs of course chugging water all along!! Here’s to hoping it’s not a huge increase tomorrow!!!!
