I am VERY pleased with my progress for this week. I have been able to jog more and it's showing. I have also added some small 3lb weights for my arms but I have also added something that I really didn't would work but it does, and it's an exercise ball. I have seen them on tv on some of the weight loss shows but at first didn't think much of them. I have never been able to do crunches on the floor because it hurts my back to been on that hard flat surface. I decided to buy one and it was only $8.64 at Walmart! I tried it out the first day and I love it! I can do crunches on it and the only thing hurting is my abs from the crunches! It's a good hurt though because I know what I'm doing is working! This is the first time that I have EVER been excited about a diet. I think maybe it's because I have a different mind set this time. I guess it is true that you really have to be ready for you have true success. I absolutely can't wait to see myself by the end of summer!
