so annoyed. my weight just seems to have ballooned back and I don't know why. I've had some health issues and maybe I have just been blaming that for the weight and in my negative state allowed the chocolate that got me here.

Thanks Asma, I really do appreciate your belief and support. it's been a tough few months with a new job working away from home, (hotel eating and notability to do nice meals for lunch) health issues and then the final straw, being fired from my dream job. My mental state has been on free fall all month and it's just hard to find the positivity to be strong and battle
