This week I managed to fit on a roller coaster. When I got bigger the harnesses would not close and I've done more than one walk of shame away from a ride when I couldn't fit. On Monday I jumped on the Scooby Doo Spooky Coaster and pulled the lapbar down, I didn't have to force it to stay in place but I could see a flashing light on the control panel nearby. It turned out that the light was for the empty seat next to me. This was the first time in years that a ride attendant hasn't needed to force the harness down an extra click. It was such a satisfying moment.
