Christmas treats- a dark Lindt ball with lunch and a cappuccino sachet - half at 8am and half at 4pm. I find if I don’t exceed 6-8g carbs at once I can stay in Ketosis so this felt like a nice way to have a small treat and still stay compliant.
Breakfast- omelette and bacon, lunch was roast meat and veggies and a caprese salad.
