Eating more calories is actually difficult to do when everything in your head is yelling "NOOO--Don't do it!" I've made it 4 weeks with eating about 2000 cal per day. My RDI is between 1800 and 2100 cals/day according to FS so I'm gonna set my goal for 1600 and see where that leads me. I want to try to get my protein up as high as I can and see what that does for me. Controlling carbs is a most difficult thing to do. So, hopefully I've got my batteries recharged and I can try this in earnest again.

I'm about to that point too. I kind of fell apart when I tried the low carb thing. I'm way better with 'better carbs'. I'll soon cut back to around 2200 cals, but I have some things to get to first. I'm just not quite 'there yet'.

dont look t calories. its not important. dont eat harmfull fats . its enough. example Jif Natural Creamy Peanut Butter 33gr. 5-10 gr enough in 1 day. peanut fat is good but 1 tspoon enough in 1 day. need t eat light cheese. and 1 egg yellow in 1 day not more. if t u can keep t fats under t 20 gr in 1 day. u can burn carbs with exercises. sorry for my bad english. 50 carbs 40 protein 10max fat +exercises its my formula. 1200 calories enough for me.
