I have been off the diet for a week because I thought I would be out of town. I didn't bother to weigh while I was off but started again today. I will weigh in in the morning so I won't be too upset with myself for the water gain that I'm sure I will have. It's time to get serious again and loose the next 20 pounds. I can't wait to get under 200! I'm taking 20 pound goals but understand that I have a lot more than 20 overall to loose. I am so determined that I will get down to a healthy size this year. I am getting too old to be this heavy!
