Is so bummed that instead of losing even 1/2 a pound between Friday and Today....I gained 1 1/2 lbs! I worked out hard on W,Th,F, and M. I don't know what could have happened. On Saturday, I DID treat myself to a frozen custard, but I watched what I ate the rest of the weekend. I didn't go over my 1200---even WITH the frozen custard. I'm so bummed. I couldn't have built ANY muscle in that short amount of time, right? Especially not during just my walks. I don't start using workout bands yesterday, so there couldn't be any new muscle THIS soon...? What did I do wrong? :(
