Well I just finished making my Weight Loss Journal and I am so proud of it. It is so motivating and colorful and so many things to track to make this journey a wee bit more fun!!
Even through Christmas AND falling down my disorders stairs which cause some serious damage to my leg! I only gained TWO pounds! I didn’t work out for over a week and jumped on the treadmill last night and did a C25K - it was amazing!
