I've taken it very easy on myself this last few weeks to allow myself to enjoy the holidays. I'm proud to say, I still made mostly healthy choices but I didn't burden myself or lessen my enjoyment of the holiday feasting by logging everything that entered my mouth. I didn't loose anything this last week and a half but I also didn't gain anything so I'll take that as a win!! Today I'm back to logging but I was curious about how well I've been doing and I waited until the end of the day. I was within 20 calories of my goal! yay!! happy new years everyone. hope you all had memorable holidays 🎉🎉
