Fell off the eating healthy wagon over the weekend. There was chocolate cake involved, I won't go into details it wasn't pretty. Then on Monday and Tuesday my son and I were home sick and for me I guess that meant feeding my face to try to stay awake with him. Anyway, I'm back on it today. I had been doing so well staying away from too many fattening sweets, but the weekend killed me. I'm striving to do better this week, at least I've been keeping up with my workouts, it's the eating healthy thing that is so hard for me.
