Back to it! Set my RDI to 1600. Doing daily weights first thing upon rising and recording weekly averages. Still have 22 pounds to go to get to my goal. This has been a two year journey and it still goes on....of course, this is really forever, because these are lifestyle changes and not just a temporary fling with a diet. It is hard. It requires diligence and dedication. So....here I go....again. :D
