Hi All, Weigh - today was good but not good enough, I had hoped to go below the 182, Stuck to diet most days but was at a party last Tuesday, and drank a bottle of wine during it, SO I suppose that had an effect, Wine does put the weight on me big time, but I allow myself, some indulgence, I have a treat in my fridge if I broke the 182 target, but guess it will have to stay there another few days. Just need to get in more exercise, and hold off on the treats. Only problem is there are three more parties during next week, and am also away working in the city most of the week. fearful of next weigh-in.
