I am dragging so bad. Yesterday I was up and moving from 6:15AM until 10:00PM. I didn't sit back down to rest until I went to bed! Then at 1:30AM my son start vomitting every hour to every half hour.

Push through... Push through... Its just what I'm telling myself today. I can't skip my exercise just cause I'm tired or else that will be my excuse every day.

On a different note, I didn't realize that walking on actual ground was so much different than walking on a treadmil. I felt a whole different set of muscles being used. It was nice. I think it is because I am very unstable on a treadmil and I have to hold on and can't use my arms that much. Treadmils make me dizzy.
