There's a free app called "female fitness women workout", has a red background with a black and white picture of a woman on front of icon. That's how I started and I still use it every day, I love it- simple and no hot models to look at. Guides you through every exercise, no ads. Try it out!

Do you weigh everything, like even cooking oil and sauces, on a kitchen scale and track it? That’s what helped me when I hit a plateau. Also, you RDI could be too high.

Xianema - I'm not a sauce person at all lol! And I'm at 1400 rdi right now. It had me at close to 2200 but I honestly didn't feel like that was right. I don't weigh things but I am tracking portions and logging my food intake. I've only been at it for a week so I'm not expecting to move mountains yet, but I know it'll drop some soon. Especially once I get some exercise in

I would highly recommend a kitchen scale and weighing everything. 1400 is quite the deficit to start with. Pace yourself! Stay strong, motivated, and accountable. You’ll start seeing progress soon.
