Vegan Omad, Day 10. Transitioned to Keto version yesterday. So today is day 2 of Keto version. I am trying to do more research and configurations to increase my calories. But I do not want to give up OMAD. I simply want to increase my calories without my carbs going up lol. Learning process!! I will get there.
Planning out a meal for tonight as we speak! I am down to 212 lbs today, yay!
