Well, Keto on pause, lol!!! I forgot we made plans to try the new KFC Beyond Nuggets with the wifey! SO that is what we are gonna do!! I will pick back up over the weekend!

Mini victory, I am almost able to fit in that other belt loop! The dad gut is slowly going away!

Rough morning, though!! Had a flat on the way to work! Went to get the jack (bought truck used), and it was gone.

Went to find spare tire lowering tools (they were gone too).

Had to get towed to tire shop! Ugh!

But it has passed, and everything is fine now :)

I sure will! I was pre-logging foods but I have not ate yet. I will be eating in like.... 5 more hours!! lol! I will certainly let you know how it tastes!

@gigi and @liv so the nuggets are pretty darn tasty!! But it definitely gave me a "dry mouth" type feeling. Meaning, definitely best to dip in a sauce! I overdid tonight though. Ate way too much. I feel pretty sickly lol! It was more or less my cheat day. First cheat day in 2 weeks. I think I'm going to go back to normal now, I have regrets 😂💀🤦🏻‍♂️. In regards to the nuggies. They are a decent size for each one too. I managed to eat a 12 piece, but highly recommend maybe just having 6 because the texture and taste goes a long way lol. Otherwise you will feel stuffed and regretful, like me!!! My nuggie score: 6.5 out of 10!

Thanks for the review. Sounds like they are OK. And don't regret it. It is just food. You will be back to normal and this is just a blip.

@liv ohh no I mean with how overly, incredibly full I feel. I feel like barf lol! I need this food to settle so I can sleep! I treated it as a cheat day and will keep it as such! It'll be back to the grind tomorrow!
