Good afternoon peeps!! Okay, lunch time OMAD was a success, as opposed to evening. I feel MUCH better even right now, just ate in a window period of 12:45-1:45pm.

Also knowing now, that it is a bit easier without having 2 avocados in the mix. I think that was the problem too lol. They simply seem harder to digest for me.

So I am taking a step back from them for a bit!

I feel great. I will post how the night/sleep goes!
