Made mongolian meat balls today. I swapped out the breadcrumbs for almond flour, and the brown sugar for monkfruit sweetener. They turned out great! wrapped them in some balanced cabbage (recipe called for green but I had red in the house) with a springel of green onions. The whole family loved them. I love not having to make separate meals.
