Journal de kennydigital, 11 avr. 11

Been running each morning at least 3 times a week followed by weights. It helped maintain/shed a few pounds. But it didn't appear to be quite as effective as I thought it would be. Switching it up to Spinning for the rest of the month. Yesterdays class kicked my butt. But, hopefully by next Monday I'll have good news!
