Ate about 500 calories heading into our dinner and a show at the Kennedy Center (Evita was great, by the way). Ate another 1759 calories for dinner, including two hard rolls, a scotch, a bottle of wine, and yes, dessert. The rest of the dinner was filet mignon and veggies and I was proud of that part! Topped out at 2266 calories and that is WAY lower than I had budgeted for the day. So I will get to eat a little more than I'd planned for the rest of the week. Recording my weight numbers tonight, despite the fact that they are after dinner. Let's see if we can get a little lower by morning.
