80 degrees and full sunshine! Perfect for my 1 and 1/2 mile walk. First, I made the breakfasts and lunches, loaded the dishwasher, cleaned the kitchen and swept and vacuumed. Then at 11 I was at the Y for seated Zumba; Spinning at noon; water aerobics from 1 till 2:30. Came home and did laundry and made dinner. I have so much energy now, it's scary. I can hardly wait to see Dr. H in the morning...then on to the Y!
