Got 204.2 upon waking and then another low cal day but still ended up at 204.6 before dinner. No workout tonight as I am bushed, but will try to work out tomorrow before hitting the road for vacation. Might get a lower weight in the morning. That seems to be the trend.
I was successful in hitting exactly my 1900 calorie per day goal as of tonight. Ate 1058 calories today to hit that number. Of course, now will go a bit over as we enjoy a long weekend vacation, but will have plenty of time to get back to that target when I return. I expect to hit 199 lbs. by the end of the month.
