My husband decided yesterday that he needed to increase calories because he isn't losing any weight and it's been 4 days. Yesterday afternoon he also decided that his extra calories would be from McDonald's 😭. That's my weakness. I would normally have gotten a small caramel frappe, filet o fish and chicken nuggets. Well, yesterday I opted for a filet o fish with no tarter sauce. it was still delicious, but terrible for me. My stomach has been reminding me of that for about 16 hours now. Next time I will just say NO! Lol!
