well I haven't been journaling or filling out my food and exercise calender lately but I have been watching what I'm eating not doing great on water but have uped my exercise. since the no excuses challenge I commited to 10 min of exercise every day I missed 2 wkends so I now am doing at least 30 minutes every day. I also have tried some tasty new foods and am continually researching lifestyle plans and searching for good foods. New show eat yourself thin is very good.
